I'd have said Savea had the better domestic season, but it's a RWC year and PSDT played well throughout, inc a great finals knock.

Check out the f**king mug on Garces.... the plum seems to think he's won the RWC himself. He has reached the pinnacle for a ref not a shock he's pleased. No ref has ever looked so pleased with themselves for reffing a RWC final before now. He f**ked it up badly, so I don't know why he's so chuffed ...
