Seriously bad news about Laumape. But Umaga-Jensen has been a revelation. I know he had an age grade rep but I really hadn't seen what others were seeing. I can now. I thought the entire Canes backline looked as smooth as I have seen it at times. The timing of every one in the line for both of Goose...

Has any AB coach gotten off so easily after a WC disaster, the way Hansen has? The media in particular are terrified to criticise him. Even the general public were relatively forgiving. Hart, Mitchell and Henry were not so lucky. Several reasons. 1. The media are scared of Hansen because he threate...

The Canes look ok but as long as Goodhue wears the GOATs invisibility cloak and remains offside all day, the Canes backs wont function.

Blakewell's issue is he's too short to be a top quality lock, too slow to be a top quality loose forward. He gives his all in every game, but he's a 'nearly' man. Pretty much, if he was 10cm taller he's be an All Black lock. But he isn't so he never will be. Yep. The Canes lineout can almost get aw...

1. He's come off a huge break. 2. He is at a new team without the familiar combinations of the Hurricanes and ABs 3. As a starting fullback he is rather inexperienced. 4. Last year he overplayed his involvement at the back. This year he is underplaying it and learning to find that balance. 5. If Pe...

This is just the usual Blues beat up of anyone with a rep joining their franchise. If you listened to critics and Blues fans then Nonu was washed up in 2014. I think some of the racing teams sports add elements beyond passive competition.
Specifically cycling where teams are quite strategic in trying to avoid a breakaway by an entire team etc.
But I do agree, the opportunity to apply game theory with multiple teams would make it interesting.

Tough to draw any conclusions on that poll when we have no point of comparison. Is any head AB coach any higher than that? I doubt Ted's number would have been great post 2011 . That's quite interesting as he had retired by then and had just led NZ to world cup glory the year before. You mean post-...

Why would you be a fan of goal line drop outs in Rugby.... Go on answer that one. Well to the extent that it replaces a 22m dropout, I would answer that with another question. Why should a defending team be given a 22m walk up the field to restart? When else in rugby does this occur? I may not agre...

Bit surprised they are having a truncated Super Rugby season.
I would have thought a longer Mitre 10 Cup with all the best players in it would have been great. Very old school.
But then I guess the Super franchises needed to get some revenue as well.

Surely the reverse is true.
This virus is God's judgement on a society that has increasingly pushed him aside.
If we treat the religious and return to a world with greater respect for the word of god, he will send us a cure.
