Re: France - Argentina thread (6 November)

What does the starting XV look like for the Pumas, do you reckon then? With the current squad, and no injuries, I'd say: Tetaz Chaparro - Montoya - Gomez Kodela Kremer - Petti Matera - Bruni - Isa Cubelli - Carreras (Ledesma seems to be breeding him for 2023) Cordero - De la Fuente - Moroni - Delgu...

I thought you were an insider Puma? Has Pichot never been interested in coaching? Ledesma seems a good coach, though he doesn't have outstanding results in France so far. Re: France - Argentina thread (6 November)

Los Pumas are currently quite far from their potential best. The set pieces during TRC were abysmal, but the return of Gomez Kodela and Tetaz Chaparro could help anchor the scrum. Our 9-10 combos aren't seting the world on fire either. I don't know if Cubelli is back from his hand surgery, but Bert...

Re: France - Argentina thread (6 November)

Wonder whether Kremer will play in the backrow or as lock. Ledesma seems to favour having him at lock and moving him back to the backrow near the end. His favourite starters there seem to be ISA - Matera - Bruni, who are gelling quite well, in fact. Having a highly mobile lock isn't a bad option, b...

Basically the essence of the model is the ethos of the Club, not just as a place to go and play, but as a "second home" where you have a welcoming space. Most Clubs encourage the smaller kids to bring friends along, and make a huge point to make those newcomers feel welcome. When it comes to coachin...

One thing I think is really important to point out about the rise of Uruguay and Chile is that they’ve done it entirely with a home grown squad. No grandparent qualifiers, no 3 year residency players, just quality development. That’s what makes results sustainable. It also grows rugby and contribut...

I tend to agree with the call.

When the ball hits the SA player, it is just ahead of the 10 m. line. When the Lions player touches it next, it is slightly behind that line.

Ball was lost by the SA player, but went backwards. No knock-on.
