What do you expect countries to do though? Most countries are going to look after their populations first before donating vaccines to others. At the moment there's a servere lack of vaccinations even in wealthy countries.

That's fantastic that they are planning to sell at cost price. I hope other manufacturers will follow suit. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines seem very expensive and no way the poor countries will able to afford them.
