Re: South Africa overflow of rugby players

That’s why they are bringing back tours and more engagement with SA teams and not just the boks. I can’t see how SA teams could join super rugby, especially if the teams were weaker sides. I think the Cheetahs would be competitive. Possibly the Griquas, Pumas too. Not sure if there is a 4th team th...

We're going to have 3 tests with 85% of the crowd being braying Lions' fans, aren't we? I don't go to live matches these days. It's too expensive. SA haven’t as yet played like the best team between world cups, unlike other winners. So it will always be argued until they do. SA of course are hanging all importance off RWCs as it’s the only metric in which they compete. You say winners... Who else has? Most seem to go downhill. I guess England...

Shaking of the head making or receiving tackles is definitely something that causes mild concussion in my opinion and these can be from perfectly legal tackles. Not direct head contact required just the whiplash effect created by the contact. I don't recall ever being concussed from a high tackle w...

Who should the Boks have had on the bench instead of Fourie, whom I thought played very well. Also, how did you determine his scrummaging effort was poor? Springboks won the last RWC with a 7-1 split. Hard to say with an NZ stupid high tackle red card and two missed kicks. Deon Fourie was immense in the loose. But his throwing and scrummaging were very poor compared, a full complement opposition would likely have taken it. Who should the Boks have ha...

Not sure why coaches continue to take such a huge risk by opting for a 6-2 bench split? It cost the Blues the match yesterday, they had a halfback playing on the wing for three quarters of the game.
