Re: Official Munster v Leinster "O'Classico" Match Thread
The lack of importance of the match plays a role - Leinster will win the conference anyway regardless of the result today (no way Leinster are not at least within 7). The only thing the fixture had going for it was a full and loud stadium. The league itself is absolute shite let's not kid ourselves

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread
We want to see tries yet refs don’t penalise clearly deliberate foul play deep in the 22. Union needs to wake up Yeah, but then you'd have people moaning about cards ruining games etc. etc. Same debate in soccer with the red card for the professional foul as last man but it's for the best really, a...

Did Albon and Norris run out of talent? They're usually higher up than that and their teammates did OK. Norris was fine in Q1 (4th fastest I think) but then had a series of errors in Q2 and failed to register a decent lap. Albon is struggling. I can't stand fat Ted Kravitz's snarky comments. (liste...

Re: Is this the end for rugby?
Rugby has been dying on its arse for the last decade now. It's only going to get worse. I've said it before (looking for some Jeff style validation here) but rugby anywhere near as we know it doesn't have long left. Anyone who disagrees needs to get their head out the sand.

Killer Kelleher Furlong Ryan Henderson Will be a decent basis for a tight five and I would agree it's time Moore was brought in from the cold I think Marty should be in the squad ahead of the likes of Ryan or Bealham but he would be exposed in a fast paced game, he's upped his fitness impressively ...

Re: England v Ireland, Sat Nov 21st, KO @ 1500
That should be a penalty against Itoje. You cannot shout like that on the opposition line out. A real lack of class every time he steps on the pitch. Such a plum It's the same law as for shouting during a kick, I've seen it penalised at club level but Itoje just screaming there really should be pin...

The day was always gonna come when this number of project players were involved. Some on here were calling it over a decade ago when it started creeping in. Five years is a bit better mind you. When does that come into effect?

We have problems all over the field. Our set piece is crap, Sexton is toxic at this stage, no creativity at all in the backline and Stockdale looks like a competition winner - our Tom Varndell. Massively need a couple of years to regroup and blood a good half dozen new players. The worrying thing i...

As soon as they said on commentary they weren't showing a replay of the Leavy incident you knew his career was at risk. I'm not too confident but I hope for his sake he can at least return to provincial quality.

At the moment, only Furlong and Ryan although Furlong seems to be perma-broken. Could be a transition couple of seasons for Leinster and Ireland it seems.
And the Ringrose love is too much at times. Forcing him in the side instead of Darce at 12
