Senate votes 55-45 to table (suspend consideration indefinitely) Rand Paul's motion that the Senate trial is unconstitutional since Trump is no longer in office. If 45 nays hold though, it means he won't be convicted. You need the 5 that say it's constitutional plus 12 more.
