Re: Favourite Rugby Commentator
Austin Healy Healy is fine for avid rugby fans, who enjoy the very technical aspects of the game (particularly backline / attacking play). For casual fans who just want to enjoy the game (and don't want to hear a soliloquy after every attacking phase), he's tiresome. And he goes on a bit too much a...

Re: QF 4 - France vs South Africa - Sunday 15 October 23
The Boks have placed heavy focus on showing the ref the right picture . That's exactly what Kwagga did there to win that penalty. There is no way that Binn would have seen Kwagga's right hand on the floor (as he was to the left), so from his perspective, Kwagga was on his feet. That's all that matte...

Some interesting changes there. I thought Wiese was pretty good. Kriel is a really average wing. Why change two of the starting front row after they won those penalties?

Going back a bit, but Pieter De Villiers, the French tighthead was pretty good. Like Kolbe he had a poor 2nd Lions test, but I actually think Duhan van der Merwe is pretty good too. Very strong player, who could eventually move in one to 13 imv. Doesn't a 13 need to know how to pass? Can DvdM pass?

Good win by SA - better than i thought. Strength of the forwards was excellent. The midfield, like the A team midfield, are terrible in attack as well (great defenders). So you're saying that Am and De Allende are terrible on attack? Granted, they get few opportunities. But that's an interesting co...

Without Francois Steyn , the Springboks' 6:2 split would not have worked. You've got to have the right personnel and only in one-off games (like in the RWC) for it to work. I can't see a domestic team doing it successfully all season, and as AC says, it does nothing for development of up-and-coming ...

I'd like to see Biden refer to himself as the 45th person appointed as President of the United States - despite it being the 46th Presidency. Grover Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms as #22 and #24, so there's long being an anomaly between number of Presidents and number of Presidencies. I...
