The cop was a kiwi, weeks away from retirement. Special Constables brought the suspect in and somehow missed the gun or didn’t do a search. Unclear but seems the guy was cuffed and yet managed to shoot him 5 times and then on himself ? Very sad day, lots of things missed it seems like simple search....
