Work from home usually 3 days a week but depends on workload and how I am feeling

My company is very international and its happy for people to go home for holidays and work from home country for a period of time if they can make things work timewise.

It's a risky approach he has and can easily go wrong but Courtney Lawes made a career out of it without getting into too much trouble.
