Re: The OFFICIAL English and European Football (soccer) thread
There were 3 Man U fans outside my house yesterday. I heard all this noise and saw they were playing football with a poor little hedgehog. I was about to call the RSPCA when the hedgehog went 1-0 up.

Oh good, slade's back. And Freddie lives. JVP guaranteed to play. 23 wingers but no sleightholme. 12 centres but none of them particularly superlative. Decent 23 in there. But Steve. You are such a miserable a*hole. Go and watch football. It’s a good squad. Coaching team is now very good. Borthwick...

The biggest compliment I can make for the ABs is that they remind me of the current Wales squad. Lots of huff and puff but no bollocks.

I’m struggling to find a political home atm. I think Brexit was a crazy decision and blame the Conservatives for allowing it to happen. Also Boris’ “fudge business” was the end of the serious Tory party in my view. I think Labour/ SNP/PC/Greens/Libdems/Corbyn have no idea how to make business thrive...

Apparently the utterly useless Starmer tried to sack Ed Miliband from Energy, but he refused to go. This continuing lack of leadership will just encourage the lunatic Labour backbenches to vote down anything sensible he now tries to do. He should call an election as he is screwed.

The Bored’s take is: - Not AF next time - Shouldn’t be a coach of a 6Ns team - Needs to have Lions experience - Shouldn’t pick players out of form and old Curry didn’t have form and he was close to your best. Anyway, who are a few top tier coaches that meet your criteria? Rassie Townsend (assuming ...

I've just watched the game for the first time. Wallabies were superb. Their speed of thought and superior fitness were amazing. Some brilliant tries. I expect Boks to stick the ball up the jumper and keep to ten man rugby next week. They looked spent after 30 minutes and their backs looked very weak...

Such a shit idea. Presumably the only way other players will break into the squad is via injury then. There should be no more than about 5 or 10 of these. Not such a shit idea if Borthers has control over these players in terms of workload, fitness training, playing position and so on. We have stru...

In my view he shouldn’t… - Scraped through against Waslabies - Would have lost to NZ or SA - Didn’t produce much great rugby, despite opposition - Game plan was uninspired - Favoured players that were not in form, just because he knew them - Didn’t seem to get the players fired up - Didn’t pick the ...

Jorgensen is worth a shout for Oz along with Skelton. It has to be Curry but I just cannot do it because he is a massive wit kant.
