Re: The Big One - England vs Ireland
Certain posters acting like the disparity is England’s ‘fault’. The RFU identified women’s rugby as a way to expand and got behind it. It’s worked very well and they’ve got a lot better. The other unions didn’t. That’s it. It would be like moaning that the ABs were better than everyone else in the ...

Re: The Big One - England vs Ireland
The 6 nations is a good competition without England. The other teams gain nothing playing England and England gain nothing from this either. End this tournament it's serves no purpose at all. Wxv where teams play teams at their level is the only way forward. This is the 50th time you've posted this...

There is no question he is the best golfer in the world, however the guy needs to find a personality. Guys like Homa, Rahm, De Chambeau, Morikawa, McIlroy, Woods & even Tyrell Hatton show their emotion, whereas this dull guy simply walks unsmiling around the course. Some will suggest he is simply "...

3 quarter finalists is a pretty good return. Does feel like English rugby is moving ahead at last. Some of the Irish players have informed us how bad all the teams are. We are doomed 3 English 3 French 1 Irish 1 SA I'll take that - even if Exeter and Quins are odds on to get well beaten in the next...

Re: Has Scotland gone full fascist?
Scotland is becoming a case study in what happens when student Union politicians are actually given power to fuc* up a country. Under SNP they have lowest life expectancy in Europe, highest drug addiction and death rates in Europe, spend more per head than any other part of Uk, worst education syste...

Re: The OFFICIAL English and European Football (soccer) thread
Thought the ref spoiled the game yesterday. Arsenal committed 20 fouls and didn't receive one yellow. In the first half alone there were at least 3 clear bookings that went unpunished. If reffed properly, the game would have been more open. Arseanl fouled with impunity, which created a very dull sp...

I like NH racing but fear for its future in UK. It is seen as cruel, protests increasing, numbers watching reducing, mainstream media reporting horse deaths more than race action…. A Labour government might ban it. Oh, so that’s the reason why people shouldn’t vote for a particular party. The assum...

I seem to recall that Irish trainers get some sort of tax break which makes the playing field somewhat slanted. Is that right?

If Scotland and Ireland can continue to poach players from the likes of England, NZ and SA then they will continue to do well. They have poached far more effectively than Wales and the results speak for themselves.
