Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread

No Curry, Pearson, Willis, never mind the Pollock even? Dombrandt was the last 'must have'.... Apparently, changing everyone in an England team because you've seen someone else do something good at u20 or premiership level, will suddenly makes the test team that went to a semi final in rwc much, mu...

Re: 6N - your best xv ?

Over looking Schoeman is amiss. He was dominant in 4 of 5. Certainly would have him as my tight head. Porter too many penalties to make that list and that's not counting the 4 or 5 more he should have been given. Lowe doesn't make the list. He was average in some games this 6N. Not his usual. Garbi...

All front rows have disc and nerve damage, there won't be regular mris. Dan Cole 22 capped, Joe Marler 21 capped. In premier games and euro cup games the young props will be facing elite scrummagers, it's not like ye olden days when you might draw Barking in the Cup. Oy Jason Leonard was playing for...

I’m actually with you and thought the same when I saw the celebratory waving of the arms. But then you have to remember that a lot of the crowd are not rugger enthusiasts. Re: France vs England - Official 6 Nations Thread - 16 March 24

Bad precedent set by Gardner with allowing the protracted debate with George and other England players on issues that had already ruled on. He caused that by saying Smith had handled the ball on the line, which would have been a drop out, not a scrum. He needs to be more direct and clearer in his c...

Just caught up with the game. What a great match. Really impressed with how England played - could have easily gone our way with a kinder bounce of the ball. Both sides put on a real show. England have made a huge improvement over the course of this tournament - and I think there's more to come - h...

I wouldn't have both. Tom has been first on the team sheet since he started playing. Ben was first on the team sheet when Tom was injured. There's a reason for that, and ignoring both of them on an England squad sheet is just silly

Doing a VDM? Penaud is a much much better player than VDM. Just a private joke for those who read my comments of the Ireland-Scotland game when VDM ran sideways twice. The intercept was perfect but Carbonneau should have spotted the rushing defender and looked to play tight. Really poor game...
