My first few times on clip-in pedals I ate shit at traffic lights (luckily I’m out early morning and mainly stick to quieter roads). Now I’m less of a spacker  ...

Screw the little screw in on the arm thats not releasing. It may be worth spraying wd40 or similar into the cable between the out cable and the inner to reduce overall friction.

Anyone else think the ball carrier puts themselves at risk by ducking (well) below shoulder height as they take contact? I completely agree. There is also a duty of care for the ball carrier, not only the tackler. That may be true in some cases but in this one AWJ was going down as he was tackled l...

U19's playing flanker, there 8 picked and drove I tackled him and my legs flailed around behind me, taking the ref out at the knees, he came down head first onto our 8's knee. Knocked the ref out cold and forced the 8 off with an injured knee too

Playing wing so I could hide with my hang over. High kick from line out caught I trundling along the touch line waiting to be pushed out when some haulking number 8 smashed me about 3m backwards into touch, I stood up, congratulated him on his tackle and then threw up over his boots!

Thomas is 33 and doesn't have many Tours left in him, I would be surprised if he doesn't have a crack at it. As cliched as it is, I genuinely think G is a man of principle and will do the 'team' thing and support the stronger rider - Bernal has to be fave now? G wont attack, he's not a complete bel...

I think team fracking have played a blinder so far. Who wants to be leading all race burning matches you need later. G and Bernal have been very good keeping at the front. If the White Walkers are defeated, what need will there actually be for the Nights Watch though? I think people have realised now that they weren't actually started to keep the Wildlings out.
