I cut my beer intake down as my diet really didn't contain a lot of trigger foods. I had a couple of outbreaks but the worst was in my heel. Literally crying in pain.

I now take allopurinol once a day and haven't had an outbreak in over 2 years.

This is going to be one of those matches that got away from the Reds that they'll rue. They lost their 1st flyhalf and their back up flyhalf in the lead up to the game. Such a shame. Could have been a lot closer.
