My sports therapist has recommended a dietary supplement made by Alavis in the Czech Republic called triple blend extra strong. They make it for humans but the horse version is stronger and the purest!

A great book about the Italian front- the white war life and death on the Italian front 14-19. I get one free uniform I'm on call 2-3 times a week for no extra pay I have a 7 year old iPhone for work No overtime pay rate, nor enhanced pay for working nights, or weekends. No AFC increment every year, or 1% pay rise No gold plated pension scheme ...

I used a combination of three things:
Good calf compression when training
Good sports therapist to work on calves regularly
3% difflam cream (prescription only) on the shins especially before bigger events
Splints now gone.
