if I was to change one thing about tenancy in NZ it would be preventing Insurance companies from mandating inspections every 2 months or whatever the frequency is. It's too often, IMO.

Ban vaping

I know it's objectively less unhealthy than smoking and essentially removes the second hand aspect, but for some reason I find it much more annoying and look down on vapers more than smokers.
