Re: Heineken cup quarter final - Leinster vs La Rochelle

This is clinical. Not emotional. We have three weeks to regroup. Ireland played brilliantly in the QF. NZ did also. Your example doesn't make sense. 2915 France is a potential example of what you're talking about, but still isn't relevant to the current situation There was enormous emotion in this ...

 Tell you the truth I hate France outside the Basque and the Alps And you'd be wrong. Looked at buying a little place on Cap Ferret last year. Doris captaining Leinster for first time? 1st time in a Euro game. Not convinced by him as a captain. I haven't a glimmer how he will go. But maybe you do. What do you know that he is not Captain material? I have comments/anecdotes on other Leinster players but not on him. Do you know anything you ...

Re: Listen to your body

A few years ago a friend of mine in our rugby club was in the exact same situation, driving to work one morning, but he felt terrible, and like there was a tremendous weight on his chest. Said he battled himself between the thoughts / feelings of 'it's nothing, go to work, soldier on' and 'this is ...

Re: The Official and ONLY Ireland v Scotland Match thread

Not sure that’s going to happen. They’ve laboured to a championship against five very poor sides. Perhaps it’s a hangover from the RWC. Maybe they’ll bin off some hangers on and bring in some quality. But can’t see SA or NZ being too concerned at the moment. They might prove me wrong mind. Eng have...
