Galthie talks How did you go about building the team? We simply built the best team possible. What's your view on Joshua Brennan, repositioned to flanker? He's clearly an up-and-coming player. We've been following him for a very long time. We want Josh to play, and we've built a team where he can f...

Greetings from Siem Reap 🙂 Yes, land borders closed. Flights are ok. Some taxi firms on the expat Facebook forums are advertising land transfer via Laos. But as already mentioned, I’d fly if you can. We'll be in Siem Reap in about 4 day's time. Good to hear about transfers in Laos; we'd p...

Getting from Cambodia to Thailand overland currently...
For those who know the region, a little advice please... Since we arrived in SE Asia, Thailand and Cambodia have had another argument, and our understanding is that all land borders are currently closed between the 2 countries (?). We are currently in Phnom Penh and we need to fly out of Bangkok - t...

Johnny come lately PR, I've been complaining about the exact same thing for years. First it was just PI and Maori pronunciation and muddling up of players, now it's bloody anyone, even white people. I just watched the whole match again... it was better than I thought... Lio-Willie played quite well and had a number of carries over the advantage line (PP your stats are wrong). DMac played better than I remember. I think we remember a couple of bad things he did.. but he did a lot of good stuff....

Game day! I'm finding myself remarkably excite. Let's go Black!! Don't know if it will happen, but I want a carve-up of this French C team to discourage their development on our time and dime. Re: OFFICIAL QUALIFYING FINAL #3. BRUMBIES V CANES CLASH OF THE CAPITALS THREAD.
I predict the ABs will struggle with Roigard as their 9. Hesnot a great distributor He's the best halfback in NZ. Your assessment of his play from halfback in the game is probably influenced by the inability of the Hurricanes to get quick ball. The Brumbies did a very good job of slowing it down, w...

Best place to see the Aurora Australis or Borealis?
On the intro to the Highlanders v Drua Super Rugby match was a shot that seemed to show the Aurora Australis outside Dunedin. TJ was right IMHO to point out the number of times Bok players were reaching over to slow the ruck ball only for Brace to say "lost" or "hands off". The effect is still to slow the ball down. Yep, he’s got to get used to new players around plus new game plans, it will take some time to get any sort of acceptance for those that want to change players every time we lose let alone when we only just win.
