Swapping Osborne and Henshaw makes no sense (surely a game to start Ngatai). Frawley looked fecked at the end of the NH game. Still no Ringrose is a disappointment. Lads need ...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Mole guys noted Osbourne's lack of pace on the latest podcast, wonder if that'll hold him back at all. He's a 12 so probably not, but he's very young to be so lacking in acceleration. He was doing some mental gymnastics to defend Ross Byrne though. Osborne is plenty fast for 12 which looks like his...

Interestingly when asked on the 42 podcast about Ross's poor performance in Croker, Jackman was of the opinion that if Frawley had more minutes this season at 10 he could be challenging but none of the other options were realistically going to take the jersey for the final. Conway got plenty of caps with Schmidt. Ruddock was never the answer and his peak was earlier anyway. Cooney was an attitude/Sexton problem. Frawley extended. Guess he's happy enough being a utility back. Fair, he's picked up a lot of Leinster Euro caps doing it. Utility back/bench is his level unless he moves. I was about to type bench cover, but that's an increasingly irrelevant put-down in the modern game. There are 23 starters, they...

You won't beat Toulouse by just chopping them down at the knees. They don't attack that way. VDF will be needed at the breakdown and just in general to read the game and give more in attack. Honestly, we're up against it. Keenan is going to be vital to get back and I'd argue it'd be nice to have Ri...
