No, but massively halting lung damage, improving nutritional status etc should have a dramatic effect on both. It's the endless cycle of infection, inflammation, damage that eventually kills.

Slowly starting to add concentrics, but with arm assistance and yoga blocks reducing ROM. I've never really trained knee flexion, real oversight I think.

Has anyone looked at Ben Patrick and his Athletic Truth Group? I've been using a few of his ideas for a bit now, seriously considering joining up for the 50 dollars per month. Does put me off slightly that they're nearing 10k people training this way, not sure how much of the promised individual fee...

I'm mildly sceptical of some of that, but I don't think the date of the Tulsa rally was an accident, I don't think talking about Henry Ford's "good blood" was an accident. Nor do I think Trump is aware of much of that.

Might be worth keeping an eye on Worcester from what I've been told. R is 1.7 apparently.

Today has been weird. The neighbour's house guests stayed overnight and right through into the evening. Could still be there.

For 10 weeks I've been in control of a lot of the risks. Feels that is slipping away. Or I just stay completely inside.

Yes, the garden has been a godsend.

Power training with KBs is interesting. I can single arm swing the 24, but I'm two handing it, keeping the reps low (10 is low for swings) and focusing entirely on power. I'll see if I can find it, but iirc force plate data suggests that maximum power output is usually achieved with a KB around 1/3 ...
