Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

What? Horne can kick and pass. Two things that the Badger can't do well at all. He's also smarter and more effective at the breakdown than pretty much any winger. Horne doesn't pass that well, and Badgers kicking isn't great but is not as bad as that shocking shanked punt from the other week would ...

Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

Badger as #23 maybe? Not good enough to start, but is going to give it everything if/when he gets on, and might just do something remarkable (Did you catch his chase on Reed and McNichol? Epic) Yep. He doesn't leave anything in the tank. But neither do Horne and McCabe. I don't think he should be i...

Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

Benny A is a loss as we have Kepu and Ryan as our THs and both have been inconsistent. When they are being dominated they are unable to adjust and get back on par. Banny A has been pretty good this year and has a good combination with Moore and Sio along with extensive experience and a bag of trick...

Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

A couple of guys impressed me this weekend. I'm not much of a Simmons fan, but he really impressed vs the Highlanders. Totally dominated their lineout. Horwill apparently has grown a set of tits where his hands used to be. Genia was improved as well, hopefully he is playing himself back into form. M...

Re: Crossfit fails

My issue with the kipping pull up is at a lot of the gyms there isn't a 'minimum standard' for the amount of strict pull ups you need to do before being taught how to kip. I make sure I train my strict ones at least 2-3 times a week on top of any kipping ones I do in a WOD. My thinking is the same,...

Sure, I might kip a bit on the last pullups on a set. They shouldn't be done specifically - look up the dangers of repetitive lumbar hyperextension.

Its more likely white guys as they account for over 110 million people in America and usually have access to more wealth for the purchase of firearms.
