Re: The Training Thread - all aspects of fitness and health

Have no idea where my nearest rowing club is, but it's not something I've looked into or am particularly interested in to be honest. I bought the concept 2 to keep fit over the off season as I don't really have any races to train for in running and the rest of the rugby season has been cancelled here.

Re: The best new and returning TV series of 2021?

The wife and I enjoyed Criminal on Netflix. They have a UK French and German one if I remember correctly. The UK one was quite good.

Also just watched the first episode of Squid Game, seems alright if you are into a no brainer type show.

Between a 4-5. Aim for 115 drag factor for the easy pieces and 125-130 for the short intervals. Aiming for a 20 stroke rate on easy stuff and 26-28 for the intervals.

Keto flu f**king sucks. But once you're past that it's all good. Chicken stock as a hot drink helps me a lot through that part of it. I love it. But I'm quite a carnivore and will happily eat mostly meat all week. I started it late January and I've lost 30kg this year. Oh yeah, I love it as well, j...

I'm over it. Anyone who isn't vaccinated, or have started the process, by this point should be locked out of Medicare and the entire public health system until they do.
