Re: The Training Thread - all aspects of fitness and health
Speaking of wiping off equipment, I was on the treadmill the other day ( ), some girl was on one a couple down the line from me. She finished up, went to get the spray and paper towels, came back and carefully and considerately wiped down the wrong treadmill.

I believe the party business is still is the Carolinas (May have been suspended altogether), Trumps nomination speech will be in Jax. Basically a giant campaign rally and very unlikely to be cancelled.

The USA really is in deep doo-doo :uhoh: 35000 new cases yesterday. and thats just the reported ones This is overblown. That is about 530 daily cases in Ireland. They are testing a lot more there now than we were at an equivalent point. They aren't in a great spot in some States, but I don't think ...

I still think Biden will squeak it as Trump can’t get out of his own way at the moment, fully prepared to be extremely disappointed in November though.

I’m on the fence about getting a barbell medicine hypertrophy program. Lost all my strength during quarantine so I figure now is a good time to be a bit of a bro but in a vague powerlifting way.

That Cork stabbing is one of the worst things I’ve ever seen. Something about how casually and easily the knife goes in.
The England one Floppy mentioned is rough too, split second lunge with the knife and the guy is dead before he hits the ground.

Went back to the gym this week and had my first leg day yesterday, feeling a bit sore today.
Had almost forgotten what it feels like to be properly tired after a session, laying in bed with your whole body tingling and barely able to keep your eyes open
