Compression. Follow rice for the first couple of days. Afterwards get your upper leg bound up tightly with tape and it'll help you throughout the day.

You're right. He shouldn't try to address his issues at one of the best teams in europe with an excellent scrum coach.
You're f**king delusional.

Fair enough Gobbler. It's just when a page of the thread become exclusively NSFW pics that it becomes a pain. If there's the odd pic thrown in people can skip past that. Re: The Entertaining Pics Thread (definitely with NSFW conte
You're new hear so I'll explain it. The threads were started well over a year ago for funny shit and other quirky images etc. There was a NSFW warning in the thread title as the occasional image, which was still funny or entertaining or whatever, was NSFW. That doesn't mean the thread is exclusively...

I also agree with the not just posting NSFW stuff for the sake of this. I skim through this thread in work and have to stop quite frequently for fear of seeing arseholes and tits across my screen. This is funny, entertaining or thought-provoking stuff. I find pictures of naked extremely entertaining...

Pretty sure all vehicle laws apply to bikes with regards lighting, driving pissed etc. Had a look there on the Irish government site and the max fine for a first offence for failing to adhere to the vehicle lighting regulations is €1000. I presume that's for driving an articulated lorry without any ...

Keep up the gym work. Strength training with a proper diet should see you at least maintain your strength and lean mass....

Appo, I know. The guy's very quiet and introverted so wouldn't say boo to a Gard, particularly when the Gard had every right to pull him over in the first place.
Any ideas on how much a typical fine would be? I'm guessing in the 50-100 quid range.

I don't think you'd be arrested but it's an offence and you can be fined. Gardaí will typically just stop and tell you to cop on and walk the bike on the footpath. Obviously not if you look different to this particularly wit kant of a Gard. Apparently as he took the guy's details he made some quip ...

Re: The official cycling thread
Just started a thread asking this but then saw this thread so I'll re-post.
A friend was stopped for not having lights on his bike a few months ago and got a summons this morning (we're in Ireland).
What's a typical penalty for that? I presume it's just a fine and a "don't do it again" jobbie?

Ross was a tub or lard when he got here and not remotely up to standard for HEC champions. It took us a year to get him up to Leinster's standard from where Quins got him to. Once that was done he came into the Irish team. Quins did plenty of work obviously, but Leinster had a huge part to play in g...

The fact that we've provided the two starting props to Ireland over the last 7 weeks and have played test rugby the last four weekends in a row clearly doesn't come into consideration. They'll have Rush (creaking), though Nugget can still play to a high standard.
Their backline is pants. Parks at OH, and they only really have 1/2 p and North.

Oh please, we'll have more than enough for Cardiff. Our season revolves around the SF for me. I'm sure you've already heard it but I'll say it anyway. You'll lose more fat if your doing strength training of some farm as well as cardio/aerobic stuff. You mightn't lose as much actual weight as you'll likely gain a bit of lean mass. The thing to watch is your body fat percentage or if you can't...

You'd need at least a couple of days after DLs before going for any other exercises in that area of your body. They really do take a lot out of you in terms of energy while you're doing them and recovery time. If you've only just started them then the recovery will be rough for a few weeks. Any time...

DT, another thing with DLs is that normal muscle soreness the day or two afterwards can be quite debilitating. If you've sore arms or chest you can cope, once your lower back stiffens up it's a lot more noticeable and can impact you more in terms of mobility and so on for a couple of days. That's no...
