Next time you have someone coming over from the US, get them to bring you a big bottle of Advil PM - contains Ibuprofen and a sleep aid. If you feel shite, take them before bed and they knock you out real good :smug: Did that before years ago. Brought back a bottle each of paracetamol and ibuprofen...

I can't see NIAC making a different decision than they did for AZ. :( Great news for the over 60s! They'll be super duper vaccinated. Well they were still counting on J&J when they made the decision on AZ. It wouldn't impact their long term strategy too much. This is very different, and the unexpec...

Re: The Training Thread - all aspects of fitness and health

I'd love to do some sprint training, especially with the weather picking up. Would probably never do it by myself, way too self conscious to be doing that in public, and having a training buddy for that kind of stuff is way more fun/motivating. Had loads of running walking last weekend, and my legs ...

I'd be happy with 13 seconds!
A proper flat out sprint is difficult and really takes it out of you. They're something I've considered at various points over the years as being worth doing as part of training, but I never have.

My dad is involved in the Irish Mountain Racing Association and I asked if any of his gang knew her. Seemingly not, they don't seem to have a presence that far south.
He did mention, however, that the route goes through some very cliffy spots. Can only guess that she fell. Poor thing.

364 positive swabs of 11,962 tested; a positivity rate of 3.04%. Georgie Boy is back in the game. :P Yesterday's much higher than reported (397 v 269) so expect over 400 cases today. No biggy. Also relatively few tests carried out for that 3% value. A couple of weeks ago we were testing 20k a day (...

Doris replaces Moloney on the bench, at best, pushing Baird to cover second row.
Unless they go the same route as the Exeter game and ask the backrow to play 80 and have Baird and Moloney both cover the row. Probably not needed if Ryan is back, though.

How about we make it 9 points for a try that starts in your own 22 and allow you three point conversion with a one move “power play” Don't forget the offload combo multiplier. Surely the multiplier will be for number of players beaten ? Number of sponsors on jersey Only way the Welsh can win.
