It's interesting that Manaaki Selby-Rickett was convicted of assault, Shannon Frizzel got diversion, and Sevu Reece escaped conviction so that he could take up a contract in Ireland. I wonder what the circumstances/threshold is for diversion or not receiving a conviction? Not being a NZer it appears.
