Rumour is club cricket is just a couple of weeks away from returning, according to a fairly reputable source of mine. That and the pubs stay open and all is well. Saliva will be banned on the ball? Gurkhas still serve in the Indian military and have their own regiments. Significantly larger than the British Brigade of Gurkhas IIRC. My concern for India in any conflict isn't their military it is their civil infrastructure, which strikes me as a recipe for chaos if they get pushed into populate...

JMK's point has some validity, but having been born a fair time after this happened to me and what I suspect is the vast majority of England fans who weren't at Twickers that day it is simply the song of England rugby.
