Re: The Fishing Thread
Just returned on October 17th from 12 days on Vancouver Island fly fishing from Comox to Campbell River to Port McNeill. We have done this a few times now but will never tire of the scenery, wildlife, isolation and of course the fishing. I have tried most modes of fishing and to me fly fishing is an...

Do not mind Dart etc from a station close but the sooner I get to Finea the sooner I get my first pint. I have drove before to a match here but...

While fishing Gold River two years ago an old local told my mate and I not to worry about the bears, its the wolves that would attack quicker as two weeks previous two had badly m...

Jeff check your info on this photo.
Looks like it was an A.B.O.D. collarette that Paisley and a few others in the background were wearing
It was also taken in Scotland
So much for strange looking nordie kids , north of Carlisle maybe
F.F.S. put a bit of effort into your sh1t stirring.

Then another £36 for insurance cover of windscreen/headlight chips, tyres damaged :? Then to add insult to f**king inj...

Re: The Fishing Thread
Moosehead, I fished the Fraser in 2008 and 2011 and caught some amazing sturgeon and salmon. The Sturgeon look and feel like no other fish I have ever caught. We had to land on a gravel bar to return the six footer. Outstanding places around Veddar, Harrison, Stave Chehalis. Hopefully return someday.
