The Red Roses’ opening match against Italy on March 24 attracted a peak audience of 1.1 million and was the second most watched live sporting event of the weekend on terrestrial TV, bettered only by the men’s international football fixture between England and Brazil, which attracted a peak audience...

I've only seen him a few times but Hendy is great. Just seems to find gaps effortlessly.

That Saints team look so well coached in general though.

Re: **OFFICIAL** English Women's Rugby Thread

Away from the international stuff, went to Sarries - Exeter today. Chiefs barely touched the ball in the first half, and Sarries went to town on them. 31-0 half time. Sarries thought they had it won at 36-0 before Chiefs turned up. Ended 36-29. Daughter also got a picture with Fury from Gladiators (...

In other news, Bailey has signed a 2yr extension at Barf. Looks like he's keen to hang around, and my hunch about him being on Sarries hitlist to replace Faz won't be borne out. With him, Ojomoh, Redpath, Lawrence and Finn all on multi-year deals at Barf, it looks like their 10/centre options are l...

Re: Should McGrath have received a red card?

Head contact, no mitigation. Red card. UNLESS the degree of danger is deemed low. Its the front of McGraths face meaning Arendse wouldnt have any hard hit. That's a stretch though. Red for me. Stone cold red. He had ample time to lower his point if contact, and chose not to. A very poor tackle tech...

Sarah Beckett will miss 3 6 nations matches. Next available for the france game. Have to say that's stupidly light and I hate mitigation. Especially when Sillari has a broken leg and will miss potentially the rest of the season minimum, maybe rest of the year and is one of Italy's best players. She...

I don't think adding sensory rooms and baby-change facilities is going to have much of a meaningful impact on average attendance age somehow... Oh yeah, I get that. As I mentioned a few days ago, the club was pretty unequivocal when asked by supporters if they were talking to Jackson. (Although, admittedly, this was in response to threats to cancel season tickets if he signed, so they're going to say that, aren't they?)
