Higgers is strong in the lineout. If you're going with Skelton, he's not a bad option for 8. Based on what? Why do so many undervalue the importance of the no. 8 role? We have been weak for years since Mowen. At least no one is suggesting Palu, he is finished at test level, some say S15 level. Japa...

Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

I would have been certain of Simmons if it hadn't been for his, and Luke Jones', recent form. 196 cm is too small for a lineout specialist IMO. We have to have one 200cm + lock. Going on the Tah's ongoing lineout implosions, it shouldn't be Douglas. Jones could be in with a shot for the other lock ...

Re: Wallabies 23 for France Tests

That table is interesting. What it lacks is minutes played, so you can get a game by game average. Otherwise it suggests that Will Skelton is very lazy and doesnt deserve to be in the coversation. It also suggests that Sam Carter would be a good option with Luke Jones. Luke Jones is by far and away...

So the sequence is: Moore places his arm on Quirk but doesn't grab. Slim proved this isn't a bind. This is not an offence, unless you can dig up some more laws. Quirk then grabs him. This is a penalty offence. Moore then thumps Quirk. This is a yellow card or red card offence. My reading is no try,...

The disallowed try and Moore not walking was probably the worst call I've seen. Firstly, the grab didn't interfere with play. Genia scored after he stopped holding, and it was on the other f**king side! Secondly, you can't punch somebody, even if they're holding you. Personally, I would have given ...
