My god I love Leinster. (What was the score and how did Lowe go?) Lowe was loose 1st 20 and excellent after that, great footballer. Treviso much improved some excellent defence 1st half but wore them down 2nd half. Yup, this. Lowe certainly isn't boring to watch. He's a bit wild but holy shite is h...

One thing that still baffles me is why, despite years of underachievement, France are the only NH side not to cast the net wider and bring in a foreign coach. Of course coaching teams have a shelf life. But there's no defined expiry date. Elite coaches have massively long shelf lives. They need to shake up the support coaches around them every so often, but I wouldn't feel any need to start thinking about moving on a Ferguson, Ancelotti, Popovich, Belichi...

Makes me laugh how much good oversight and good coaching is underestimated in sport. There is a direct correlation between countries that are well structured/coached and team success. That success is only sustainable if the coaching remains and if there's at least a minimum player depth. I don't see...

What's impressed me about Stockdale is how quickly he matured this season and copped himself on. For me, Connacht played their best backline stuff with a second five in Donaldson at 12 and Aki at 13. I prefer Aki further out myself, but it's not hard to see why he's also a good 12. Sat was a good demo of that. I just fear Aki/Henshaw will make us a bit formulaic in midfield.
