Re: Back operation. Any positive experiences?

Great to read that it's gone well, Wambers. Now - don't friggin forget that you still have an injured and weak back; just because the pain goes, don't do an Enz and start being 25 again. I couldn't even if I wanted to. For one thing Mrs Wamberal would object. For another I can't remember being 25! ...

Very good! Keep it up. I saw the physio yesterday and have a new routine. On balance, it's more bastardly than the one the hospital gave me two weeks ago. And it's already time for another round, dammit! (Just checked the time) No pain, no gain (subject to proper techniques etc). I have don...

I'm a huge Albanese fan, and I despise Dutton. But when on message, Dutton is arguably the more effective communicator. It will be interesting to see if he's forced to talk about his nuclear energy plan, lack of policies or his policy backflips during the debate. Albo's got it in the bag. Even News...

He’s playing well, isn’t he. Very few mistakes and just steady. Only criticism of him from last night was his kicking for touch from penalties. He shanked a few which led to 20 metre gains when they should have been 40 metre gains putting the Reds deep into Force territory. A bit picky maybe, and t...
