Re: Anyone au fait with UK planning laws please?

We're well aware of the council's need to fulfil the quota of building new homes. Thing is, we really need an answer to this question because, if we should have been informed then it will negate the 6 week thing and we can then start to challenge the decision (although no idea how we'll fund a High ...

Re: Anyone au fait with UK planning laws please?

We live in a development of 1930's & 1950's purpose built flats & houses. Some joker wants to build flats on top of some of the existing blocks of flats. We werent informed about the appeal which is the reason for my initial enquiry (the aforementioned 6 weeks has passed). Basically, anither block o...

Wexham Park Hospital (along with Heatherwood, Ascot) has just been taken over by Frimley Park so things are improving fast! Boss went over there t'other day to see if one of our residents was fit to be discharged and she was asked for ID which is a first!

I hear that there's a revolt amongst the councillors now, they want to postpone the vote (and prolong our agony)...

As I've said in the Quins/Wasps thread, I've never witnessed the level of fisticuffs & bundles we saw yesterday in 23 years! The Robson upending of Simpson was outrageous! It's not as if Simpson is your usual gobby little scrummy either... Pic here: http://palerimages.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/...

I would've thought it'd be a safer option to bank on Masi making the full 80 (or moving Daly back there at worst) and having Lozowski on the bench when Fatty Goode inevitably gives up with cramp rather than to stick Miller on the bench instead. Any relation to the Wing/Centre (can't remember of yes...

There is panic by some about the Coventry thing (some have started a petition!) but it'll only be for cup games. Bear in mind that Cittadini limped off v Sarries at the LDH so it's probably a simple case of not overdoing it. Also, Jake Cooper-woolley is returning from injury, so needed a bit of game time... All in all, I reckon it was just caution being exercised.
