Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

SF now have 50% support amongst 18-34 year olds https://twitter.com/politiceir/status/1307700795845103617?s=21 Scary. 18-34 only make up about 20% of the voters that turn up though. They went down in the biggest cohort 35-54 which make up about 30%, unfortunately went up in the 55+ age group slight...

I've no idea what you're on about 'not being able to let it pass' because I literally said your scenario was a possibility but no, they didn't 'meekly take it down' in Kildare. Also the constantly going for the corner has to be curtailed a bit, leinster should have gone for the posts in the first half twice I think. Fair enough in the second half when they were chasing, but building the score up seems to be totally gone from irish rugby.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Anti-rugby?!?! Wtf, sarries do the basics of rugby very well with a furious defence it is the very opposite of anti-rugby. Everyone loves some basketball stuff but if you can't appreciate what sarries do, you haven't a clue about the game and definately never played it.

In fairness to mary lou, she came yesterday and said they shouldn't have said anything about keeping the pubs open and that the government have made their decision and we must row in behind them. Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Why was McCall not talked about for Irish coach? I don't think him becoming the Irish coach will make players like Itoje or the Vunipola brothers naturalizing Irish. But maybe he would coach the players he has to win, like he does at his current job. It's not a new idea to get the best coach in Act...

Kelleher should be the Ireland hooker. Made a big difference when he came on. Baird looked to the manor born. Big questions to be answered as to why they didn’t start. JGP, Kelleher and Baird looked twice the players they replaced Kelleher - the lineout had been an issue for the previous few match,...
