Yes, normally. A lot of races (particularly longer races where backpacks/trailvests are common) are now demanding you carry your own receptacle for fluids to minimise plastic waste

If the bench choice is Lawes or Launch then (Assuming Form and Fitness) surely the choice has to be Lawes as he offers you more tactical versatility.

When you bring current form into it I am not convinced that Launch should be in the 23 at the moment
