England are a shower of cheap shot merchants. Some ref will send off 3 or 4 of them some day. Both sides were proper niggly today and the captains were the worst offenders TBH (watch AWJ wipe out Itoje off the ball from the first line out). Proper test match. Bike ride done in 3 hours 32 - total 4 hrs 22 for 1st 2 legs. Doesn't look like she's pushing it They are some good times - without knowing the specifics under 7:30 is a very good effort for a first half-IM and she's on pace for that if not under 7. Running a half marathon on tired legs is not nice...

If the bench choice is Lawes or Launch then (Assuming Form and Fitness) surely the choice has to be Lawes as he offers you more tactical versatility.

When you bring current form into it I am not convinced that Launch should be in the 23 at the moment
