We were planning on a bit of a road trip post-Whistler, along what I had dubbed "The Powder Highway" after travelling through en-route to Revy from Calgary. Turns out, of course, that it's known as that anyway (duh!) and there's a cool teaser just been released for a doc/flick about a two week road...

Whistler is still good and I am up there for a few days at Easter. Always quiet and hopefully it will stay cold enough. Often a bit dodgy down low but normally good from mid mountain and above which - as those who have been there can testify - that still leaves a fudge load of skiing available.

It's bigger by a long shot. Look at the Northern parts of Canada, it's very wide and vast. I checked the interbebz and it said Canada was slightly smaller. But check out the size of Australia on it.
