When I said bait traps I mean bait stations, those you can buy from DIY or hardware shops, think I got ours from Wilkinsons. Then the buggers run off somewhere for a drink and then expire, hopefully not on your property. You won't see any dead rats. Proper old fashioned traps for the mice.

We've had rats a couple of times, each occurrence was resolved with covered baited traps on or very near to their runs. Keep them topped up.

Mice can be sorted out with traps.

As has been suggested, you should also get or borrow a Jack Russell.

Nope and unlikely to, I expect some of us have been to the same gigs though.

Get up to HQ once or twice a year with a bunch of old rugby & schoolmates but I wouldn't make the best impression on those days out.
