Don't worry about it. At all. Biceps are one of the least "functional" muscles, the only reason people give a shit about them is because having big ones means you can flex, curls for girls, etc etc. Just keep doing what you're doing, there's no point in worrying about it, just keep getting the reps...

Increase 5kgs of lean Muscle.
Keep the cardio up.
Try and get every compound movement over 110-120kgs
Be around 10-12% body fat.

When I get back from work I'll see if I can find some statistics about world cup winners, their average age and average cap per player.

At a guess I'd think it would be around 40-50 caps, and 26/27 yrs in the backs, 30/31 yrs in the forwards.
