Maybe she's going through a divorce and doesn't want the husband to get half of what she gets for the house. It could well be a portfolio of properties that are in negative equity and she has to amortise back 100% of the sale price to the bank. So by pocketing some on the quiet she gets a bit out of...

Colonal..I understand that but they think there is more too it, They are wondering in what ways this could come back and bite. I think the property might be distressed. Could the buyer get burned? Only if they don't do their due diligence on it and make sure any charges over the property are releas...
