Re: Dogs

Dogs need a clearly defined role within their "pack". This needs to be adhered to by all pack members. Eg, she lets me up on the bed, he doesn't, she's pliable. Whatever the role is, the dog needs to know what it is, this makes for a contented and fulfilled dog. Some tips I use; dogs don't go "for w...

Re: Match of the 6N - England v Wales Official Thread

I have £850 on England to win at 1/2. Blooming heck, DAC! I also have £400 quid on England winning the 6 Nations at 7/2 couldn't resist the 2/1 on the taffs, cheeky hundred is enough to make me feel better if your lot win again. Only point that influences things in Ireland's (or France's) favour is...

Re: The moment 164 terrorist rats get ambush in Eastern Dama

http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=b9a_1393415784 Appears more like a massacre than an ambush. That's what an ambush is, surely. You plan an attack that gives you the position to kill your opponents without taking casualties yourself. Isn't that what the SAS did in Ireland a few years back? Yep, shot u...

On the Jacksons detractors
Hate is a pretty strong word, as I'm sure no-one can hate the most promising Irish flyhalf to come through since Sexton, but,

Maybe Ian Madigan just? - by about a country mile!

Irish, Thais and Israelis. Stop trolling. One of the above is the mot despised nation on earth, and deservedly so The world's friendliest nation according to Lonely Planet poll, this is what they said about Ireland:- "Centuries of turmoil have certainly taken their toll on the Irish: they’ve been l...

Re: The OFFICIAL Pro12 Thread

Great win last night, haven't won in Wales in 4 years, and all the sweeter with the Welsh grand slammers on show By the sounds of things we should have had a couple of more tries before half time, thought it would be deja vu from last week v Munster when we failed to take our chances. Spent most of...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

I can see both sides with Fitzgerald. He has a history of injury and loss of form over the past couple of seasons, but he has also been outstanding at times. I personally think he is far too talented to be let go. If we had a national coach with any kind of vague plan for the backline it would cert...

When I read the thread title I thought you meant this I used to know a girk with 3 breasts - two on the front and one on the back. Not pretty, but nice for dancing. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AfgsFFJcRDY/Tn-FPNZQivI/AAAAAAAADDs/2ffk5lKawTY/s1600/Total+Recall+2.JPG Or this http://cache.io9.com/assets...

Re: Great Planet Rugby questions to which the answer is 'No'

Why? Because some highly-rated players have also made an excellent amount of tackles with a really impressive success rate? No, because 50 odd tackles over 4 international games (testrugby only has him at 44), although slightly above average, is not such an amazing feat. Now if he had put in 20 tac...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

I didn't think it would really happen but we've just gone through an entire 6N with every single change in selection dictated by injury. Not one unenforced change  Thats pretty ridiculous alright...the DOC/Ryan (along with D'arce..thats another debate) situation was the worst in my book. Rubbi...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

I'm concerned with the penalty situation. 14 against us on Saturday? f**king hell. Add in the French total, how we were reffed against Wales and we are doing something wrong. All good sides should be living on the edge at the breakdown, but we are giving away too many penalties. Plus the error coun...

Re: The Official Jokes Thread

Saw an old mate leaving the doctor's rooms the other day, and he had a real glum look on his face. "Hi mate' I said, 'How's things?' 'Not so good, actually' he replied. 'Just been diagnosed with the 'big C''. 'Aww damn that sucks' I said, 'Cancer huh?' 'No', he responded. 'Dyslexia'. Excellent
