Lost a small amount of weight this morning, but drank all day yesterday so dreading the scales tomorrow.
Went to first winter nets today - that will have to do for exercise.

Re: Towny's Weight Loss Programme
So I bought the scales yesterday, and officially changed from low cal diet to LCHP. I'm down since I weighed myself yesterday (fully clothed) even though I do right now feel a bit bloated. My standard measuring time is going to be as I step into the shower in the morning. The official starting poin...

What's the deal with yoghurt? High in protein but some carbs & sugar too...
Also, where can you get protein bars for less than about £3 a pop in the UK, and are htey not also full of sugar/carbs?

Yes he f**king does...... You give way to the right, how in earth can you disagree with that. Because the other car was not on his right you pillock, he is in front of him coming in the oppposite direction . Not only are you ignorant about the road rules, but you are blind as well. The Jeep dick overtakes the car in from of him to cut across the roundabout too. Completely in the wrong. Watch the video again - the mini roundabout is not large enough for vehicles to go round the "island". It's standard, nay necessary, for people to cut the corner - the red car at 6 seconds does...

Re: How would you react to this?
The range rover is not on the dashcam car's right! They're opposite each other and reach the roundabout at about the same time. The range rover then proceeds to just completely cut the roundabout. If the range rover had have gone around the roundabout as he's meant to then both cars could have easi...

I think they're just saying that they don't want Fazz stinking the place out at 10, but at the same time they know Daddy will not stand for him being dropped. Therefore making compromise suggestions. I can't believe anyone actually believes that Farrell is the best option at IC, but until Owen is in...

I really enjoyed Anchorman 2. Not as good as a first, but one of the better comedies of the year. My only criticism would be the length and the family scene. I had to hide behind my popcorn. How did that not end up on the cutting room floor? I feel the same way about The Lone Ranger - watched it la...

Not sure Hopper's been that great this season. When he catches the ball he's fine, but he hasn't got as much "spark" - he was creating chances from nothing at the beginning of last season.

With such short seasons I don't think it's worth drawing conclusions after the first episode. It's just setting the scene, and I would expect the reveal to be pretty good, since the whole season will revolve around it.
