I know it's slow motion, but you surely can't push it forward along the ground like that when you are stationary.

Edit - It seems you can

Yeah, that was the usual MO. Really tightened up in the last 12/18 months or so though defensively.

Re: Heineken cup quarter final - Bordeaux vs Harlequins

Correct. There were so many good players on that LI team. They were going places. Shame they were allowed to go bust. Yep, the last season they were playing some great stuff going forward. Their defence was leaky though and they ended up in some crazy high scoring games. *Second best defence in the...

Yep. Liverpool for me too.

Plenty to do in the city. Get the metro up to Crosby to see Gormley's Another Place statues at the beach there for something completely different that you don't see every day.

Two really dopey goals conceded on the break by Arsenal after being in control of that one. Bayern clinical with their chances.

Pressure on now to keep pressing, whilst managing the danger that Sane is posing in space in the transition

I feel for all of Uniteds defence.

How can you blame them when it’s effectively 5v11.
Yeah, Liverpool are great going forward, but defending is a team job.

Plus with players like Trossard on the bench.... there is backup. Only bad injuries can stop Arsenal I feel. If Saliba and Gabriel go down.. are the back ups any good? . They are certainly vital. I think you'd switch White to CB and play Tomiyasu at RB if one of them went down. White's a better CB ...

They are trash.

Lucky to be where they are in the table. Conceding 30 odd shots a game just doesn't happen to a serious team. That goal from the corner at the end was a shocker. They are completely asleep defensively.

Just to put NFL players’ athleticism into context, LRZ’s pro day results would put him 16th fastest in this year’s rookie class at the combine for the 40yard dash, and his vertical jump would be dead last. Liverpool will be the happiest about how yesterday went and it was a dull match for the neutral. That said, I'm encouraged by the performance from an Arsenal point of view. Him getting a practice squad slot was always a certainty here. Teams get an extra slot for an IPP player which costs peanuts for them.

Making an actual roster is the challenge and where he'll really prove people wrong.

I like the drop outs. If you get held up, you've messed it up and you also prevent the 5 minutes of scrum resets that often followed.

Don't have the stats clearly DOB, but genuinely think it forced teams like Exeter (who were Pick and Go RFC) into a rethink.
