Eh? Wales next year will have more test players based in Wales then then they have at any point this decade. That wasn't the case even a year ago. How has changes Wales made not worked? I'm aware of all of that as I described it earlier. I also pointed out the Pro-14 League had this probably as well and have recently taken steps to reverse it to some success. Yeah super rugby should follow its example by expanding into new markets with more teams and introducing conferences... Act...

Woodward's England moved the ball wide from what I can remember. And scored tons of tries. I expect they were all the wrong kind of tries, though. Don't England still hold the record for most points & tries scored in a six nations championship with 229 points and 29 tries in 2001? That's impressive...

IIRC the rules are that both sides have to agree to have it shut. And as Gatland throughout his tenure has always wanted it shut, even against teams who'll likely run Wales off the park, it's in practice the away team's choice.
