Sounds like you've got a good approach so keep concentrating on good form and adding weight incrementally. I would suggest trying pull ups rather than lat pulldowns. Honestly coo, when my kids are grown i want to travel and if my wife doesn't want to, it would be a problem. We get on great but i do believe in the freedom of a 'second life' if that makes sense, post children.

Quick question guys: Are leg curls on a machine/weight bench ok for targeting quads? I need to beef one leg up a bit where my dodgy knee has caused an imbalance. Not long back a club Physio advised they were bad for knees so I thought I'd ask :) I have been doing single leg squats etc. Cheers! Pete...

I've been doing interval sex, 2 mins on, 2 weeks off.
