Workout number 2 for the day -
Weighted chin-ups - 8xbodyweight, 5x10kg, 3x20kgx2.
Deadlifts - 6x90kg, 5x110kg, 4x120kg, 3x130kg
Then 4 rounds of the following circuit.
55kg push press x 10
Knees to elbows x 15
Box Jumps (24 inch) x 15
20kg Overhead Walking Lunge x10
Weighted chin-ups - 8xbodyweight, 5x10kg, 3x20kgx2.
Deadlifts - 6x90kg, 5x110kg, 4x120kg, 3x130kg
Then 4 rounds of the following circuit.

Didn't do my 6 burpees today. I did 150. I decided to give 'Death by burpees' a go - 20 1 minute rounds. It's not really the full move though unless you let your weight hang and then start again. It's the slightly more refined cousin of the kip. My understanding of burpees was that you don't have to do a push up in them. I go completely to ground when doing them, too - chest and crotch to ground.
