Re: Weepu has a whinge about NH rugby
I guess we'd be more inclined to listen to someone that had actually been successful in their NH stint, such as Nick Evans or Brad Thorn, rather than someone like Piri who was undoubtedly a natural talent but ultimately lacked the professional mentality required to succeed in the meatgrinder of a NH...

Re: Game of Thrones - Books/TV (Full of spoilers mark nothin
I'm not convinced the tv writing has tailed off (or that it was ever that good to begin with). Over the last two seasons, we no longer have the books to provide context and background so we are wholly dependent on the TV to provide the entire experience for which, as lots of people have commented on...

Finished Defenders. Overall quite nonplussed. Good to see Daredevil and Electra again but pretty weak storyline and underplayed Jessica Jones' powers. Lots of powers on show until they're required to get knocked out then they all mysteriously disappear. Plot holes galore. 5/10 Nonplussed? Do you me...

Does globus ever post on the match threads? With his vast expertise he should be a great analyst. He's often 'hiding' behind a sofa to be fair. arya and jon are also able to WARG but weirdly, it has not been done in the tv show yet. Probably because its a plot that leads nowhere. The Direwolves in general seem like a plot that started out with good intentions and those intentions were almost immediately forgotten. Not sure about that. ADWD...

He made the wrong ruling on that. Don't try and defend it. He can't use the TMO to change his ruling on such an offense.
