Re: airshow plane crashes on a27
One of my work colleagues has failed to return to work today after visiting her boyfriend at the weekend. She would have been on that road and no one has been able to contact her. They were going to see the Brighton Air Show ironically. :(( We shall see............... edit...Bournemouth not Brighto...

We're in B'mouth too. Awful to hear about this. As air shows go, I reckon B'mouth is about the safest being performed over the sea, as mentioned. We come every year & love it...

Re: What's happened to the planet rugby women ?
The reasons I rarely post anymore are: I no longer have internet access from work. Every thread became overrun by a certain sector of the bored community and made it about them rather than sticking to the original theme. Most of the folk who made the bored fun have buggered orf. I found I couldnt po...

Re: The Bored at its Best
I am surprised that he eventually got his shoes back. What was the condition of the shoes? That was a traumatic time here, and you could see that Suppet was truly upset. I was impressed that a lad from a small town in the middle of nowhere knew enough to catch a bus. Clean & polished, just as sir r...

I think I read PR more than the main news sites that day. There are so many posters living and working in London whose reports and posts I trust that it was an invaluable source of information. I was just thinking when everyone was mentioning their memories of the day yesterday that all my memories...

Few years before my time. Was mad suppet on the Tavistock square bus? For me, tracking a poster's IP address to save his life was the bored at its finest. Was it Hong Kong who was the hero of the hour? The press release somewhat took the shine off it. Yep, Suppet was on the Tavistock Sq bus. Incred...

Re: Andy Goode a bit miffed!
Spot on Raggs! Apart from anything else, it's always a good idea to drive when you're tired - NOT! However, Wade's circumstances are not at issue here, Goode's behaviour is. Frankly, to humiliate in public is unnecessary, ungentlemanly & uncharitable. Goode's own values/ethics are out of kilter.

I met him in the Two Mile Inn in Limerick after a Munster game, he bought me a pint and told me how great the English team were. We had just hammered them :) I hope you hit him with a few home truths sewa. We had a good chat, he didn't rate some of our players and we politely disagreed. I was a but...

Mallinder just said North is up and joining in the team sing song, so good news there. That is very good news. I hope sinners give him at least two weeks to recover and don't f**k about with the concussion protocols. If he was "just" concussed why wouldn't he be up at this stage? That's no surprise...
