My sister has had a few without problems. I don't have much of a clue but I reckon the catch is not to turn yourself into a prick and treat them like a slave. 30 hours a week, 1 babysitting night- The missus nor I are pricks so she should be alright. How the fudge do they live on the money is beyon...

What would be a healthy level of residential construction for a country like Ireland? I gather its close to zero at present, with most of the oversupply in unattractive areas. Nama are also distorting the situation. My philosophy is that low house prices are in general a good thing for an economy.

Irrational exuberance. Just because people are anecdotally spending more this Christmas - it really doesn't tell us that we've turned a corner. In most vids online the GoPro quality appears better. But in my own footage, shot amongst our group, the Contour is better...

I am debating whether to get the new GoPro HD Hero3 Black. It's sold out in most stores but there are a few to be had. Not sure if it's a bit of overkill.
